Cryo-Cell Chooses ePartners to Implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM

ePartners will deploy CRM Jumpstart to manage sales growth

[DALLAS, TX — September 26, 2007 — ] ePartners® (www.epartnersolutions.com), a leading business and technology consultancy, announces today a new contract with Cryo-Cell International, a company that focuses on the cryopreservation of umbilical cord (U-Cord®) stem cells and one of the world’s largest cord blood banks. The project scope includes Cryo-Cell’s deployment of ePartners’ CRM Jumpstart approach for sales force automation, which will provide a foundational implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM that will allow the company to build upon.

ePartners launched a CRM JumpStart program in late 2006 which provides new and existing ERP clients the ability to “JumpStart” their CRM efforts with a foundational implementation scaled to the size of the company. The program allows for limited customizations, and delivers a sales force automation platform on which to build more specialized functionality.

With the growing popularity of cord-blood banking and the discovery of a new adult maternal stem cell, Cryo-Cell needed a solution to advance its activities and achieve better contact management and control over its sales process. They evaluated both Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com. Cryo-cell opted for Microsoft CRM because it delivered advantages over Salesforce.com in managing highly confidential information and maintaining compliance with HIPPA as well as Sarbanes-Oxley. Phase 1 of the project will leverage ePartners CRM Jumpstart approach. Over the next 12-18 months, Cryo-Cell will move to full sales process automation and integration with Clinical Information Systems.
