Solutions Overview

Purchasing

Our integrated solution automatically creates necessary financial transactions in Microsoft Dynamics GP, saving time and ensuring accuracy by eliminating the manual keying of data.

Inventory Adjustments

Inventory adjustments must be made, whether transfers to other warehouses or storage areas; charging a consumable to a floor that is never charged to a patient; charging items to a patient account; or shrinkage. These changes will automatically update the Microsoft Dynamics GP general ledger inventory or cost center expense accounts within the originating company or in another company within the organization according to the valuation method setup in ProCure.

Accounts Payable Transactions for Purchasing

Because all invoices and vendor transactions are paid and managed in the Microsoft Dynamics GP payables management module, ProCure sends vendor receipts and returns to Microsoft Dynamics GP as an update. When invoices are matched to the purchase order receiving document in ProCure, an accounts payable invoice is created in Microsoft Dynamics GP. Our integrated solution even creates a vendor record when that vendor has not been established in Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Patient Transactions

Microsoft Dynamics GP automatically receives patient transaction information from ProFit and posts to the appropriate department and revenue account including charges, payments, contractual allowances, NSF checks, bad debts and other adjustments.

Business Process Reconciliation

Our integrated solution provides reconciliation routines to reconcile inventory, accounts payable trial balances, and account receivables trial balances between ProCure, ProFit, and Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Refund Checks

ProFit users are able to respond to all account inquiries from patients including requests to replace refund checks with ease. Additionally, the recipient may also be a one time “vendor” for the hospital. This phenomenon is managed in Microsoft Dynamics GP with a temporary vendor feature. When the check is processed, Microsoft Dynamics GP sends information to Profit, updating the patient’s records.

HR and Payroll

Microsoft Dynamics GP Human Resources and Payroll provides the advanced features to meet the unique needs of the healthcare industry. Microsoft Dynamics GP automates complex calculations including varying pay rates for employees, shift differentials, and blended overtime rates. The Microsoft Dynamics GP reporting capabilities offer you the business information required for FTE reporting, departmental analysis, budget comparisons, etc. In addition, a full employee self service suite allow employees to submit requests for everything from address changes to benefit enrollment.
