Training Methodology

Adults learn best when there is a combination of auditory, visual and hands on learning techniques. With this in mind, ePartners deploys its ST3 scenario-based teaching methodology. Each course is broken down into a series of sequenced learning objectives. These learning objectives are taught using four key learning elements:
- Tell It: Present the information to the student
- Show It: Reinforce the instruction through demonstration
- Try It: Practice on our hands-on learning lab
- Test It: Provide feedback to ensure the student mastered the learning objectives
